-In-house and on site consultations with Clients that involve taking design briefs and preparing proposals based on their requirements.-Creating Interior, kitchen and bathroom 3D Design visuals that include bespoke furniture along with mood boards for clients.-Sourcing and ordering various unique materials from suppliers-Site surveys including measuring for fit outs based on their requirements and assessing existing infrastructure.-Sourcing products for purchase individually and as part of a complete design.- Completing quotations and invoices for Clients.

Designing and Selling kitchens & wardrobes.

• Provide executive-level administrative support with a demonstrative ability to improvise, improve procedures, and meet demanding deadlines.• Liaise between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.• Direct business relations and distribution of company literature to stimulate client interest and sales leads.• Manage capital purchases, direct vendor relations, generate and maintain equipment tracking records.• Process monthly expense reports reflecting supporting documents and budget code indexes. • performing data entry and payroll tracking

- I regularly designed office furniture, kitchens and wardrobes for our corporate clients.- I would attend regular meetings with clients to ensure entrawood would deliver satisfactory results.- I managed a team of five staff, which included planning and organizing their work portfolio, completing inductions for new staff, managing any industrial relation issues and carrying out appraisals and reviews to ensure employees are performing to business standards.- I managed the invoices, quotations and monthly accounts.- As part of my role, I was required to develop new business for the company, therefor I would regularly get involved in the sales side of the business. This included sales administration, generating new business contacts, leads and creating marketing ideas for the company.
