With 32 years of multidisciplinary transportation experience, Ms. Isaak is an innovative, visionary, collaborative, and inclusive leader with negotiations and stakeholder consensus building savvy that she brings with her to any organization. Ms. Isaak has been leading the successful development and delivery of projects, programs, and portfolios from the planning phase of development through final completion. Ms. Isaak has navigated and finessed challenging project and organizational challenges throughout her career. This unique purview has been gained by standing up and serving as the first Project and Portfolio Management Section Director at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), growing her own engineering consulting company, consulting in the private engineering arena, and leading as a Project Manager on multiple phases of a project’s life cycle with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
