I am the author of "Naming a Drug in Just One Color: Trademark Protection for the Organoleptic Properties of Pharmaceuticals," which was published in Trademark World.Finally, I'm the current President of the Association of Intellectual Property Firms, an organization dedicated to supporting IP boutique firms in running and managing their practices.
