Lynn Kearny, CPT, is a performance consultant with wide experience assessing organizational needs, designing, and developing performance improvement solutions. She also plans and graphically facilitates client meetings and think tanks. Her graphics communicate complex and abstract ideas in a clear, memorable way. Lynn is an experienced instructional designer and developer. She has a broad and effective toolbox of facilitation techniques for training and organizational meetings. She excels in involving participants and giving them both means and self-confidence to immediately apply learning through discovery and practice. Lynn mixes graphics, language, stories and hands-on exercises, drawing on solid scientific evidence of learning psychology. She has worked in America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Clients include financial, manufacturing, retail, high-tech, governmental, and non-profit organizations. Lynn served on ISPI’s international board of directors and as faculty for both ISPI HPT Institutes. She has contributed chapters and articles and published five books relating to performance improvement. Lynn is also a charter member of the IFVP, the International Forum of Visual Practitioners.
