I have several years of experience managing the recruitment process and facilitating the hire and orientation of volunteer, office hourly and salaried staff positions. Likewise, I have professional experience offering HR generalist services to individual employees and work groups. While my written and oral communication skills have been unfailing strengths in my success, my skills as an English teacher (and natural love of language/grammar) offer an expertise working with correspondence, documentation, report-writing, and posting web material. Starting with my case management work in social services, I have thrived in positions requiring strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Reliably, I am able to prioritize and offer urgency as well as detail to projects. In addition to my professional competencies, my strengths as an employee have consistently helped me find success in my work.
