Self-described as a Chemical Engineer with an MBA, agent Lynn Kramar spent much of his professional life as a Wisconsin Banker. He served as President and Chairman of the Board for two community banks before reaching an epiphany in 1989. “It took me 40 years to realize I hated winter,” says Lynn. With this knowledge, Lynn moved to South Texas where he began consulting for the banking industry. After some time as President of his Condominium Association and eight years of condominium property management, he decided he could do better by selling them.Lynn found that selling condos is just like banking. “In banking, people invest a lot of money and they expect you to keep it safe, do the bookkeeping and if something goes wrong, they want someone to speak with,” he says. “This is no different. It’s all about service.”“There are always frustrations, but taking a tough situation and turning it into a win-win for everyone is the goal!” Lynn’s become good enough at creating win-win situations that he has become a great teacher. He also teaches an agent course entitled Condo 101 and is the author of the consumer ebook Condo 101: A Primer to Vacation Condominium Ownership. As a real estate professional, Lynn is just getting warmed up in this business. He’s been an associate with RE/MAX Coastal Living since 2008. Currently he is using RE/MAX technology and his marketing knowledge to create a referral network of real estate agents from the across Metro Texas. “Our second homebuyers are coming from Austin/San Antonio, DFW and Houston.
