Though new to the Mobile beat, she learned it quickly while earning the trust of sources and media contacts in the industry. And beyond turning out excellent product reviews (including those of the first Nexus phones), I was thrilled to see her take on original feature reporting. Many of those stories were her idea, and she approached them with an enthusiasm, sense of humor and focus that are a manager’s dream. She brought to the job an accommodating and helpful work ethic, and a dedication to accomplishing any new task I gave her.
