Estate Development Projects/Programme - £100k-£100m- Responsible for the financial planning, design and delivery of a multi-million pound programme of estate development projects. - Leadership of an in-house team of planners, architects, engineers, surveyors and project managers.- Procurement and management of external consultants and contractors.- Development of new health and safety policies and operational procedures.- Leading master planning exercises to inform the estates strategy, capital development plan, budget and potential acquisitions/disposals.

Regeneration Projects - £1m-£100m+- Responsible for providing technical, civil, property and construction advice on a diverse range of regeneration schemes.- Development, management and monitoring capital projects from inception through to completion.- Preparation of specifications and contracts and procurement and management of multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.- Undertaking development, funding and design appraisals of schemes developed by strategic partners.

PROJECT MANAGERMay 2005-September 2005Retail Extension, Mezzanine floor and Re-fit - £8m-Leadership of the site commercial, construction and engineering teams to successfully deliver the project on time and to budget.-Planning, programming and supervision of site activities with peak turnover of £1m/month.-Management of a team of 15 directly employed staff and over 100 sub-contractors.- Instilling a safe working culture into the site team to ensure excellent environmental, health, safety and welfare standards were maintained. - Effective communication was key to the success of the project.
