As the Director of Administration I handle process and procedure development, coordinate daily operational functions, streamline management systems, supervise managers, improve business efficiency, share results driven leadership, and build customer relationships. I am an experienced Office Manager and Bookkeeper specializing in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Human Resources, Sales Coordination, Equipment Sales and various Administration skills. I have been in the above fields with IHE, Inc. for over 29 years, and enjoy every opportunity to learn and grow. I have even more experience in Bookkeeping from my time working for BVW Jewelers. I was lucky to be a part of the team when they opened up their brick and mortar store back in 2013 and enjoyed my time there getting to experience another business and learning about what makes them tick. I have also freelanced work for Alterations Connection as a seamstress for many many years! I love clothes! This experience has allowed me to gain the knowledge and experience needed to start up my own fashion label, LM Vestiary, which began in 2021. In my spare time I volunteer at the Nevada Humane Society, make clothing for my fashion line, and enjoy good food with friends and family. I love to read. I love to learn. I love to grow. I love to stand up for animals and the environment. I am passionate about doing right by the planet and enjoy hiking in forests as having grown up in Alaska has taught me so much about the beauty and wonders of nature!
