Many organizations rely on reactive tools and miss planning plus data analysis to focus where improvement and control is required. Lynn has led or assisted hundreds of clients through the management system process for environmental, health and safety, and energy management systems. She uses the Plan Do Check Act cycle to bring structure and control, assign roles and responsibilities, and give leadership an organized means to make decisions, and measure improvement. She has used this process with automotive clients, truck and bus manufacturers, agriculture and construction equipment manufacturers, mining industry, food manufacturing and distributors, heavy steel, plastics manufacturers, among others.
