If a complete stranger was able to ascertain that about me during an incredibly brief social interaction, imagine what your current employees and/or customers would have to say about working with me!After 18+ years in Education, I am looking to share my talents and skills with the corporate or higher education world. As a program or project coordinator, I would utilize my varied experiences in curriculum and instructional design, the importance of knowing my learner(s), and wealth of time management strategies to build and design successful programs, projects, and events. A firm believer in continuous improvement and growth, I would analyze data and other metrics to both measure and ensure the achievement of outcomes and goals.My professional goals in my next role include: the opportunity to glean and apply new information and skills (particularly in the area of budgeting and finance); highlight my ability to effectively communicate with others by phone, electronically, and in person; and use every single interaction as a moment to provide exceptional customer service.As a lifelong learner and teacher, I am absolutely elated with the possibility of transferring my leadership and people skills into a brand new (to me) industry and company!
