I am passionate about supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential through the effective use of Management, coaching, team development, training, business change and Business Process Improvement. I provide a strong focus on quality of delivery by developing an inclusive environment where individuals reach their highest potential in order for them to feel valued. My Change Management style combines pragmatic thinking and emotional intelligence whilst also being able to deliver strong communication, interpersonal skills, integrity and trust at all levels. This is supported by the extensive experience gained working for private, public and charity sector organisations.I am a Learning and development professional who is passionate on my own and all I work with developing their best selves. This in turn improves productivity and success for all. i am currently studying for my ILM level 7 in Executive Coaching.I have a range of volunteering experience which includes running and setting up a local food bank and Christmas provisions, children and youth work including residential camps, coaching and mentoring with a local youth offending team.
