I am very independent but love the challenge of working with different people and teams; very resourceful and educated not so much by books, but by my years of experience. I am a "can do anything" type of person. Most of the positions that I had accepted in the past looked as though a bomb had been detonated before I arrived. I love the challenge of putting the pieces back together to figure out what lies underneath and not worry so much about who detonated the bomb, but figure out how to organize things in such away that the bomb never detonates again (of course grenades and smoke bombs are to be expected). I am very family oriented but give my job as much attention and love that I give to my family. I can be very proud and stubborn but also know when to give in.My objective is to find happiness in everything I do because ultimately that is all that matters. No need to waste time on the little things in life. At home we have a motto .... "you are allowed a 24 hour pity party when things go wrong, then it is time to put on the big girl panties and move on" - and it works.
