•Upload non-operated volumetric data via CGI Company Explorer into PVR•Confirm daily Data Scavenger auto-load into PVR is complete•Identify and correct missing, negative and irregular volumes in PVR•Review all production volumes uploaded from PVR into company production reporting system•Freeze weekly volumes and update Executive and Corporate production reports•Prepare a Four Week Forecast and Production Variance Report•Ensure production reports are completed and distributed within set deadlines•Work with drilling and completions to ensure new wells are included in production reports •Work with field personnel to resolve production irregularities in PVR•Work with engineers to obtain information on new non operated wells coming on production•Coordinate with Data Scavenger and Zedi to gain access to real time non-operated production•Work with land to capture any working interest changes on wells•Review production for entire month checking for missing, negative and irregular volumes•Ensure most up to date production information is in PVR for month•Freeze monthly volumes for comparison and analysis•Monthly review of comparing production estimates with accounting actuals•Look for trends of at least three months of over or under reporting•Adjust working interests, shrinkages and liquid ratios as required to maintain the goal of being within 1% of accuracy of accounting actuals for accrual purposes•Prepare a variety of adhoc reports for analyzing and verifying production dataLeadership/Mentoring/Collaboration•Assist and train Field Administrators with matters relating to PVR, OBI, Essbase •Provide training on OBI Workspace/Essbase the company production reporting system•Create and implement process improvements which save time and effort•Collaborate with Land, JV, Engineering, Marketing and Production Accounting to compile and distribute a New Well Set Up package to ensure data integrity between departments.

•Review production volumes uploaded from Fieldview and PVR into company production reporting tool•Identify and adjust data irregularities to report volumes within reason•Gather and input real time volumetric data for non-operated properties•Identify and document downtime, estimate downtime hours and lost production•Distribute WPR via e:mail and post to company Intranet site•Trigger upload from QByte of most current accounting actuals for non-operated properties where real time production data is not available•Compare pre and post QByte load production to authenticate variances•Distribute MPR via e:mail and post to company Intranet site•Ensure new wells are included in production reports •Network with engineers and field personnel for quick resolutions to production irregularities in Fieldview and PVR•Work with Joint Venture representatives to identify opportunities to report real time non-operated production•Coordinate with Data Scavenger and Zedi to gain access to real time non-operated production•Monthly review of each reporting area by comparing production estimates with accounting actuals•Look for trends of at least three months of over or under reporting•Adjust working interests, shrinkages and liquid ratios as required to maintain the goal of being within 1% of accuracy of accounting actuals for accrual purposes•Prepare a variety of adhoc reports for analyzing and verifying production data
