• MCNIS Enterprise Risk Managemento Detailed analysis/design, development, implementation, execution and sustainment of industry standard Risk Management practices across the MCNIS organizations: Enterprise Processes & Initiatives (EP&I), Enterprise Technology Refresh (ETR), Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) and Secured Operations Network Infrastructure & Certification (SONIC).o Perform Risk and Issue Management for 25+ projects across the MCNIS program. This effort requires an in-depth understanding of each project’s scope to assess risks/issues affecting cost, schedule or performance.o Registered approximately 1400 risks across MCNIS organization: 80% successfully mitigated, 10% became issues, 5% currently active and 5% accepted or transferred to another stakeholder/organization. o Performed risk management analysis on: Budget/Contract, DEV Documentation (SRR, PDR, CDR), Information Assurance (IA), Certification and Accreditation (C&A), ITPRAS/NDAA, Procurement and Implementation. o Manage and synchronized all project risks in the MCNIS Risk Register portal site, internal Risk Log and Risk Radar Enterprise (RRE) tool. o Execute routine Risk Reviews and support Project Officers with reporting and escalation to Sr. and Executive Leadership.o Support design, development and implementation of the program level Tier2 NGEN Risk Management Board (RMB).o Initiate proposal of the program level Tier2 SONIC RMB and EP&I RMB.o Assist in documentation development and maintenance of the PdM MCNIS Risk Management Plan and Project Risk Management Implementation Plan.o Provide Risk Management expertise during alignment of the MCNIS risk management process with the Information Systems & Infrastructure (IS&I) enterprise risk management design. This effort includes revisions to the risk management guides and standardization of the MCNIS Risk Register to support an enterprise Risk Management framework.

• Program Integration Assessment support to the Program Management Marine Corps Network and Infrastructure Services - Navy Marine Corps Intranet (PM MCNIS - NMCI) program involving:o NMCI Risk Coordinator for all risks under the NMCI program - worked with Team Leads, SMEs, Government Leads, and the Risk Management Team to review, assess, mitigate, and report NMCI risks. Supported development of risk briefings for the monthly PM MCNIS Program Reviews.o Designed, developed and implemented the PM MCNIS Risk Management Process.o Process Flow mapping of 80+ current NMCI process areas that are critical in the transition to the NGEN environment including: Budget Execution (BE), Contracts, Management & Administration (M&A), Regional Contracting Office Representative (RCOR), Service Order Management (SOM), Seat Planning & Deployment (SP&D), and Tech (Technical Support).

• Responsible for entire Active Directory Maintest environment involving 100+ DELL Domain Controller and Exchange servers for the entire USCG ISD (Information Systems Directorate) department interfacing with SharePoint 3.0 and Exchange 2003.• Managed Certification Testing via client functional testing, acceptance testing, and release testing including setting up test workstations with Windows VISTA image and appropriate user applications, scheduling client testing on SharePoint Certification Testing Calendar, provide full testing support, and resolve technical issues.• Tier II Administrator with privilege rights to modify, update, remove, and set security settings in Main and Maintest environments.• Managed all software image upgrade releases and distribution to USCG shore units on a monthly basis.
