Collect weekly timesheets for US, Canada and Brazil payroll. Process monthly payroll. Create monthly invoices for clients and upload to drop box. Tally regional sales figures and put on profit report for Us, Canada and Brazil. Do bank reconciliations for US, Brazil and Canada. Update calendar with travel plans for President and all contractors. Make all travel arrangements for President and all employees of company in US, Brazil and Canada. Maintain all new hire and termination for all countries. Work closely with CFO daily.

Assist the controller with day to day accounting. Posted all invoices and ran PO’s daily using the Arkona/ dealer track system. Processed payroll for monthly, semi-monthly including draws for 90 plus employees. Prepared and paid all Payroll taxes. Processed and paid employees 401k. Made sure all new hire and terminated employees were in or out of the Arkona system for proper record keeping. Maintained all vacation and personal day accruals.
