I recently joined this dynamic group of women to assist in the restructuring and complete rebranding of the organization. My role is to create a marketing strategy to promote the WIGI mission, programs, and special events through community engagement driven initiatives. I will also be assisting on the development of several soon-to-be announced programs with the goal of giving women a space to network with and learn from industry leaders.

Oak and Shield Gaming Pub opened in April 2018, as the premiere video game and board game restaurant in the Greater Milwaukee Area.My role was to develop a strategic vision for the continued growth and success of the company, lead a team of as many as 35 employees, and oversee all marketing strategy, branding, creative, operations, production, business development and relationship building.

Founded Wisconsin's first video game bar and developed strategic vision focused on bringing a community space for gamers to hang out and enjoy a few beers over a game. Think like a sports bar, but for nerds. In under a year, our explosive growth lead to development of a second location, 42 Ale House.The key to the success of 42 was our community. We felt a sense of duty to our fans to provide them with the best experience we possibly could. It was by listening to our community that we came up with some of the best ideas, including developing the first ever gaming bar rewards app, which increased cocktail sales 350%.

After the success of 42 Lounge, we decided to open 42 Ale House as a sister restaurant with a larger footprint and full kitchen in a relaxed gaming environment. I developed the business plan and vision, wrote the operations manual, developed training programs and goals, designed the brand strategy and oversaw all merchandise marketing initiatives.
