Has led the strategic development of Liverpool City Council’s Liverpool Film Office since 2000 and is responsible for creating a thriving production hub and making Liverpool the 2nd most filmed city in the UK. Also manages the successful LCR Production Fund (with investments into the award winning HETV dramas such as BBC’s ‘Time' seasons 1 & 2, BBC's ‘The Responder’ and C4’s ‘Help’) in addition to managing The Depot, a 40,000 sq ft purpose built HETV studio space. Is also the Vice Chair of Production Guild Great Britain North West Committee, a Trustee of Liverpool’s Royal Court Theatre, and an observer on FACT Liverpool's board. Currently leading on initiatives to further evolve the screen eco-system to attract investment, create jobs, build social value and support the development of skills to progress a fair and inclusive screen workforce in the North of England and UK.
