I was asked to step in and help with our field leadership recruiting for 6 months. I had no prior recruiting experience but have great passion for this company. I am also very versed on the business needs and have great relationships with our hiring manager. After the 6 month time was done, I asked to remain on the team, balancing my full-time L&D work with about 10 open leadership positions across the country. This has now turned into my full time job!
