Sales Executive
CurrentI am the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: 1) Account Servicing- Handles existing clients and assist in their ordering- Develops and maintains excellent relationship with clients by providing accurate information, support and guidance- Handle feedback, complaints and returns effectively - Control of the credit notes/money collections and making sure raising Credit notes on time2) Effective Sales & Negotiation - Surpasses personal quota by consistently generating over 15% annually- Tenacious in seeking new sales opportunities and delivering effective presentations on products- Prepares quotations and negotiates strategically to agreeable terms in order to close sales- Accountable for delivering sales volume and to meet target sales objectives- Works closely with Business Development and Production team to identify product improvement and new products by remaining current on industry trends, consumer feedback and competitors- Monitors customer performance by tracking customer contribution and market share - Analyses reports and statistics in order to evaluate past performance of a product sales and profit margins3) Event Collaboration- Works in partnership with our resident Chef to propose promotional collaboration with clients- Develops proposal/contract that provides clear objectives and scope of work for the event- Work closely with our Marketing team to deliver marketing materials essential for the event's success- Assist the resident Chef to execute the agreed plan and follow up post-event review.
