With over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am a passionate and driven manager of sales learning and development at Janssen, the immunology division of Johnson & Johnson. I have a strong background in biologic sales, launching new products and methods of administration, and achieving double digit growth year over year. I am also skilled in adult learning principles, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling me to design and deliver effective and engaging training programs that align with brand strategy and support sales excellence. I am motivated by the mission of Janssen to improve the lives of patients with immune-mediated diseases, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strategic, analytical, and energetic mindset.In my current role as a manager of sales learning and development, I manage the self-directed home study curriculum, conduct hybrid virtual/in-person academy, and build and facilitate workshops for the immunology sales force.
