In mindful walking we see that nature itself forms art; beauty is everywhere, in all phases from coming into being to death and decay; beauty is healing, requiring no preparation: just looking, mindfully, to see what is there. My photography expresses the beauty I see. The images I capture on mindful walks are produced on metal prints, float framed in wood and on giclée prints.
