Service Overview Our dedicated staff manages air planning logistics and air travel needs. The team provides destination analysis, airline negotiations, ticketing and a high-touch customer experience for group attendees. Our travel consultants know how and when to negotiate group airfares, determine the best routings to complement event parameters, and provide attendees with the safety, security and seamless travel experience they expect. Our propriety software, CreativeLINK, provides a transfer of data from attendee’s online registration directly into an airline reservation, reducing the opportunity for error. By housing registration and ticketing information in one central location, we provide added quality control and reporting. Other innovations include FareLINK, which searches for lower fares after ticketing; and SeatLINK, which continuously checks for enhanced seat assignments
