• Serve as the Practice Lead/Lead Business Analyst to external clients assisting in the implementation of product functionality as well as issue resolution for the clients. Utilize my skill set to successfully implement new and modified functionality for clients. I performed overall account management for my client base to include identification of sales opportunities, contracting, P&L, change orders, oversight of implementation of changes and overall issue resolution.• Serve as a Practice Lead/Lead Product Analyst for corporate wide Health Care Reform initiative. Lead an action team that analyzes, plans and implements the necessary changes in our core product platform for Health Care Reform structure, legislation and compliance guidelines.• Assist in the development of the internal training program for the organization.
