In this role, I was responsible for managing a small team of online associates in the process of delivering customers online orders. I liaised with both internal and external clients, including Suppliers, customers and ensured the team exceeded KPI's. I successfully increased our sales results by 200% and reduced shrinkage by adjusting stock delivery methods.

In this role, I was responsible for managing and supervising a team of 20 staff. The decor section included timber flooring, floor coverings, paint, and homewares. Within the section I dealt with staff induction & training, scheduling and administration, as well as day to day management of KER and KPI of the section. I facilitated visual merchandising, stock management, product quality control, safety, special orders and delivery.

Various Management roles- plumbing, trade, tools, nursery, deliveries, administration. Team management, rostering, specialist advice, customer relations, stakeholder engagement, managing specialist customer accounts.Across 13 years, I managed various team sizes and had roles at various levels of management. Most of these were department head roles. Due to my ability to adapt to new environments, and to affect efficiencies, I was moved around the stores as a 'fixer'​.
