It basically involved addressing where beliefs/assumptions that were informed/warped by the wider world had reduced my sense of confidence and potential before I'd even birthed. I took all that junk and I reviewed how I was perpetuating it, and how I could maybe find a better way working with my strengths and the art of the possible. I applied all of that to my personal and professional experience of going on leave, that first year and returning to work. It worked. And I'm here now providing services based on that approach to companies and their talent. Which also works. Or I'd not still be here 8 years on. I'd be back in the world of marketing and trying to stay hip and cool. Which I never was. I was always too much of a thinker.ADDING VALUETo be clear it's not a replacement for HR.
