My passion is to impact and shape organization's culture, one executive at a time.Having had the opportunity to build my early career in Asia during two decades of high growth and geopolitical change, I bring a unique blend of cross-cultural strategic management consulting, global executive search, leadership assessment, and leadership/career coaching. As I personally transition into my ‘middlessence’ and embrace a portfolio career with renewed purpose and enthusiasm, I enjoy helping others find their purpose and direction while navigating the merry-go-round.Currently, I relish my work as a trusted advisor and executive search SME with C-Suite executives and senior leaders as part of LHH’s high touch boutique leadership transition practice, the International Center for Executive Options (ICEO). Additionally, I provide career transition coaching and retained executive search consulting through my private practice, Essential Mastery, and serve on the Board of Self-Enhancement Inc. and the Alumni Board of Western Reserve Academy. Recognizing that self-awareness and an empathy to unleash greater authenticity directly impacts organizations growth and culture, I pursued my Masters in Buddhist Studies at the University of Hong Kong and began developing my principal leadership philosophy namely “Bodihisattvas in the Boardroom” - paths to authentic leadership, focused on sharing wisdom techniques to help leaders reach their full potential. As Daniel Goleman shared, “For leaders, the first task in management has nothing to do with leading others; step one poses the challenge of knowing and managing oneself. That includes connecting with the deep values that guide us.....and a predisposition to help others. Great leaders are "Bodhisattvas in the Boardroom".....grasping the true nature of the mind/heart and life's interconnectivity, they guide and inspire others toward authentic leadership. An avid traveler, I recently downsized from a historical farmstead outside Portland, Oregon, trading in airline tickets for a Sprinter van and IKON ski pass. When not exploring the outdoors or on a beach, I enjoy mindfulness and connecting people with ideas and new opportunities.
