When I began teaching Reiki, rather than utilizing the materials available on the market, I wrote my own student and teacher training manuals for each of the four levels of Reiki training.A life long learner, I received my professional life coaching training through the International Coach Academy. A Reiki Master/Teacher, I also completed the Adirondack Herbal Apprenticeship program to become a certified herbalist, hold a certificate in hypnotherapy from the Hypnodyne Institute, am level 2 certified in Healing Touch for Animals®, have studied the Polynesian philosophy of Huna for years and am currently pursuing a B.S. in Holistic Ministry from the American Institute of Holistic Theology.Balancing career, education, business building and family life with honesty, spirituality and a sassy sense of humor, I try to be a role model for living an authentic life filled with courage, gratitude and joy.Specialties: I specialize in supporting women looking to embrace the lives they were meant to live - whether they are transitioning out of "jobs" and into careers that allow their authentic selves to shine, or looking to find their own unique ways to "have it all", or trying to discover who they truly are - women who are ready to step into their own greatness!
