I currently have the honor to lead the Talent Acquisition team for United Pacific. My team supports the recruitment needs of nearly 500 retail locations, and 45 District Managers across four states. This includes the recruitment for c-stores, gas stations, travel centers, quick service restaurants, car washes and a the Support Center. I partner closely with executive leadership in position scoping and vetting, compensation strategy and talent planning. I currently develop the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, including leading all employment branding, systems, processes, budgeting and vendor partnerships. I have acted as the HR lead for company acquisitions and successfully integrated over 150 new stores, including taking the lead for a 90 store acquisition that took place over a three month period.
