The Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of library services for students and faculty on the Munnerlyn Campus. This includes collection development; preparation and oversight of the Bryan Library's annual budget; upkeep of the library's website; reference services for students in grades 6-12; and collaboration with faculty to develop materials supporting the School's curriculum. This position also teaches Research 8, a course designed to hone students' research skills and increase familiarity with credible library resources.

This Assistant Director position oversees programs, activities, and outreach conducted at the five branches of the Clay County Public Library System. It is also responsible for purchasing and evaluating children's materials for the system, developing system-wide policies and procedures, creating training guidelines for children's staff, managing the Library's Programming Team, and building partnerships with local organizations, including the Clay County School District. A notable project is the installation and management of four StoryWalk locations throughout the County.

This internship culminated in the redesign of the Heritage Museum's permanent exhibit. Primary tasks include reference assistance within the museum, weeding the current display, and selecting replacement historical images to demonstrate an inclusive representation of University history. The research gathered during this internship will contribute to policy development and strategic planning.

Primarily project-based work in the Special Collections department of Strozier Library, including archival arrangement and description, material assessment, class instruction, exhibit creation, and digitization. The GA also assists patrons in locating and accessing materials in the Reading Room while maintaining ideal preservation conditions for rare and fragile materials.

Additional responsibilities include managing multiple meeting room schedules and computer literacy instruction.
