I took on a Sales Management role in Bangkok in 2018 where I worked in Gogoprint, an e-commerce startup that aims to modernize Southeast Asia’s printing industry through a user-friendly website. In 2017, I took time off work and completed a course in User Experience (UX) Design Immersive. I learned user-centred design principles on digital products and applied UX foundational tools and techniques. The same principles applied to my work; I retain my customers through relevant and value-add experience.
