Leading a very driven, creative and experienced group of project managers, all focussed on improving customer engagement with growing businesses. We support the aims and ambition of Scottish Enterprise's economic development priorities (Energy Transition; Capital Investment for Productivity; Innovation and Scaling) through establishing productive partnerships with industry and other public sector bodies to raise awareness of new market opportunities and business support. In doing so we develop and manage a range of capability building programme for business.

Working closely with a highly motivated and experienced team of workplace innovation specialists and project managers to deliver 'people centred change'. Supporting growing businesses to realise the benefits of fair work practices; employee engagement and leadership development.

My role encompasses research and evaluation, policy development and service design. My particular area of interest is leadership and organsiational development for businesses with a potential to grow. I have a specific remit to support the food and drink industry.

Joined the organisation as a trainee whilst studying. Held various junior and project management roles within departments related to area regeneration in Glasgow; Foreign Direct Investment and rural development.
