Over 30 years, I have worked in a variety of roles; facilitation, assessing needs, developing strategies and implementing effective change strategies.I am registered Psychologist, a Process Oriented Psychotherapist and have an MBA, focusing on organisational behaviour, career development and job satisfaction.
