With over 30 years of work experience in the mental health field, I am a passionate and skilled consultant, educator, and leader who strives to improve the quality and accessibility of mental health services and support. I have a strong background in nursing, project management, clinical redesign, and recovery-oriented practice. I currently work as an independent consultant, creating content and editing online initiatives for mental health clinicians, and as a senior project officer at Grand Pacific Health, leading organisational change and developing a new student and graduate pipeline for the next generation of mental health workers.In my current roles, I leverage my expertise and experience to deliver impactful and innovative solutions for various mental health challenges and opportunities. As an independent consultant, I work with national and state-level stakeholders to produce engaging and evidence-based online learning resources and health pathways for mental health professionals. As a senior project officer, I support the implementation of a new and dynamic strategic plan, and lead the growth and development of the mental health lived experience workforce, providing mentorship, education, and training to staff across mental health programs.
