Teach Yoga for Physical Education credits. College level, with duel enrollment classes at local high schools. The course covers yoga philosophy, breathing exercises and yoga postures. Students are required to do an in class assignment on the Yamas and Niyamas, and one written exam on their personal experiences with the semester long class.

I started with and still work for Shanthi Project as a Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Mindfulness teacher. For a time I was hired by Director Denise Veres, to assist in the office with editing, organizing mailings, scheduling, workshop coordination and grant research.
