1. According to different customers’ enquiries, providing offer, and preparing samples accordingly.2. Confirming order status, editing quotation and checking the stocks, track the orders. If there's any emergency happens, informing clients in time.3. Filing customers’ information, responsible for collecting products quality feedback, purchase contracts, and related materials for reference and checking.4. Assisting Sales Director to maitain customer relationship, and to entertain the visit of foreign clients.5. Arranging and recording meeting agenda and contents. Submiting monthly / quarterly report and annual summary.6. Following the sample-making condition, in charge of shipping goods, and getting customers’ payment.
