I am a public company Board Member and former sell-side Research Analyst and Investor Relations Director who is well-versed in finance. I presently work on the Audit and Compensation committees at Fat Brands (Nasdaq: FAT), an owner and franchisor of seventeen brands within the restaurant industry, including Fatburger, Johnny Rockets, Fazoli's, and Twin Peaks. Fat Brands is one of the fastest-growing companies in the restaurant industry. Before joining the Board of Directors of Fat Brands, I led a three-person team at ICR Inc. working with consumer companies in their messaging and investor relations effort.I spent nearly 30 years as a Wall Street Analyst researching, writing investment recommendations, and providing earnings estimates on restaurants and other consumer companies. As a result, I have a broad capital markets perspective and established long-time professional relationships with numerous corporate management teams and institutional investors. In 2001, I was fortunate to be prominently featured in the Wall Street Journal, highlighting my grassroots, objective investment analysis.
