• Responsible for the creating of financial statements and regulatory reports, including, quarterly N-Q, Semi annual and annual reports• Work in conjunction with internal teams, clients and auditors to ensure all filings are in accordance with SEC requirements• Provide Fund’s Board of Directors and fund management with timely, essential and accurate reporting• Ad-Hoc projects, as assigned, with other internal teams (ex.
