Accomplishments include: o Transformation of scholarship program from archaic paper-based system to a web-based operation that saved over $3,000 a year and tracked student recipients for the first time in the 25 year history of the organization.o Created CSF Scholars program for high schools and Peter Lynch Scholars program for elementary schools to award funding to individual students instead of schools and to better connect donors to students and increase their giving. Graduate of first CSF Scholars class recently joined foundation’s junior board of trustees. o Within less than three months, developed and partnered with Boston College to create a Summer Technology Academy that trained over 200 teachers for the first time on how to integrate technology and curriculum. o Developed external partnerships with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Museum of Fine Arts, and Museum of Science to integrate their educational initiatives within schools. o Directed initiatives to create national award winning marketing campaign for girls’ schools and goal oriented marketing and enrollment program for elementary schools.o Created and managed two matching grant programs that installed over 200 SmartBoards in 56 school classrooms and raised $1.5 million in new scholarship money for high schools.o Led strategic partnership with nationally known City Connects program at Boston College that introduced guidance counselors to Catholic schools and raised $1 million in new funding.o Led the implementation of two new recruiting programs that Hispanic enrollment in Catholic schools by 25% and general enrollment by nearly 10%.
