Ensuring that content is understandable and informative for potential viewers and clients:Being involved in the English language industry for a long time has helped me understand the importance of websites and marketing material, as the main source of information for clients. Therefore, my aim is to make these communication methods as easy to follow as possible. Being someone who is not involved with the organisation directly, enables me to look at the website and other material in the way any potential client would.

Interbrands is the importer of Cigarette and Coffee brands. I focus on the Coffee market and my job is to set strategies in order to develop and enhance the market share.

Organising groups of students into classes according to level and assigning these classes to appropriate teachers. Planning, organisation and writing of course books for different levels.Interviewing potential teachers.

I am responsible for the marketing of the school abroad and also in Malta which involves booking in students to the system, discussing deals with agents who already work with the school and finding new agents from around the world to expand our market. On a daily basis I also have to deal with enquiries, complaints and bank transfers through phone calls, e-mails and fax. In addition to that I handle the paperwork and filing, issue letters and documents for our students and help with organising the tours and activities. When necessary I update the school website on current offers, course prices and services. I have also done the work of the Director of Studies on occasion when she was not available at work.

My every day duty is teaching English at different levels ranging from Beginners to Advanced. I have taught FCE and IELTS classes and I have also done a Teacher Training course for a group of teachers who came to our school. Apart from that I have participated in the writing of 2 different e-books.
