My role is to make the selling and buying of real property on the Crystal Coast a joy for my clients and peers. In 2014 I received the CENTURY 21 Quality Producer Award. For 2015 I received the CENTURY 21 Quality Producer Pinnacle Award. I am very involved with the Carteret County Association of Realtors "CCAR" and the Crystal Coast MLS. In 2014 I was the CCAR Rookie of the year. In 2015 I was given the CCAR Presidents Award for service to my peers and industry. In 2015 I was elected to a director position with the Crystal Coast MLS. In 2016 I will be president elect of the Crystal Coast MLS. Education is important to our industry. I was a member of the CCAR education committee in 2014 and 2015. As I member I coordinated free training and developed a free training class on the changes that took place in October 2015 to the closing process. I was asked by the CCAR President to take the chair role for 2106.

Managed warehousing activities across multiple sites. This included material owned by our customers managed by a 3PL. Transportation planning, routing guide creation, freight bill analysis. Import and Export compliance. Ensure process adherence when assigning HTS codes to products and loading into the ERP system. Six Sigma Lean Green Belt. Lead multiple Kaizen events for materials and operations.
