• Consult with clients to identify HR needs and develop tailored strategies to address issues related to staffing, employee performance, and organizational structure Source for Suitable Candidates based on the Delivery.
• Profiling the Candidates based on the Client preference.
• Guide successful candidates for Pre & Post the interview process. This includes interview prep and feedback, offer delivery and candidate management till onboarding with client. (Candidate Management)
• Report directly to the VPs & Executive Director who are responsible to maintain the communication with the client.
• Be Resourceful and Practise Knowledge Sharing with the candidates and the team.
• Ensuring the database sharing is in a systematic manner and all resumes are stored properly as per guide.

• Define and communicate the organization’s vision and goals.
• Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other executive leaders including assistant vice presidents, directors, and managers.
• Develop and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or their area of responsibility.
• Oversee all operations to align with the strategic plan.
• Consult with clients to identify HR needs and develop tailored strategies to address issues related to staffing, employee performance, and organizational structure.
