Work close to large business clients via business analysis to provide more advanced/ efficient and workable optimizing solutions to maximize advertising valuable. Integrate google multiple digital commercial productions, e.g. DBM/DCM/DS/Survey tools (Brand-O-Meter) to design unique and suitable promotion solutions to different clients. Coordinate and carry out the first new dynamic remarketing project with data-driven creative in China main land which boots 15% ROAS. Innovative attribution analysis with a client’s diverse data, providing another evaluating route to reverse the ignored true value of some specific marketing channels.

Account service oriented. Take responsibility as a factual business manager directly reporting to business director. In charge of a 3 persons' business & service team, 5 key accounts in two mainstream industries and 100% accomplish yearly sales target in advance. Responsibilities:- Business development: focus on Auto & Transportation industry and IMF industry, e.g. Jaguar Landrover, FCA (Jeep), Abbott; establish and maintain client relationship for both new and existing business. - Project integrate management: beforehand negotiation, contract signing，project management (executive and financial) , assistant clients and 4A agency to discover potential issues and leverage internal resources to solve problem - Team management: task assignment, performance appraisal

Work closely with advertiser, mainly with marketing team, provide timely monitoring and evaluation of digital marketing daily performance and campaign results.Responsibilities: - Ads and website tracking: Independently coordinated with clients or 4A agancy on digital ads campaign tracking (including ads tracking, website analysis and cross screen research) by delivering various reports with analysis and insights - Brand audience by social listening and monitoring：Support enterprise branding/marketing/strategy department to evaluate and assist brand online value, campaign influence and TA analysis from social media buzz tracking, sentiment judgment and et al.
