For the optimal learning experience, I consistently evaluate the performance of each learner as well as identify and help overcome learning. Additionally, I offer additional support essential to young learners comprehending concepts and skills. Throughout the semester, I inform parents about how their child is progressing. This information is also vital to future programming/course design. For a student with physical handicaps and a 504 plan, I supplied ongoing support that allowed for the student to concentrate on their studies. This included helping to perform basic functions and overcome physical obstacles. When the student did not need aid, I assisted the teacher having provided small group instruction, graded coursework, and completed other duties.Assumed responsibility for the safety of the student while on campus and taking part in school-related activities.
