Responsible for leading the development and implementation of a national infrastructure programme to support the national role out of the evidenced-based employment across NHS mental health teams and drug and alcohol teams.Established a national team of IPS regional leaders, supporting them to develop and deliver learning networks, national policies and evidenced based technical support mentoring.National stakeholder management, enabling the re-development of a national quality assurance strategy , innovation and systems leadership.Worked with my leadership team to build a value-added proposition to ensure an initial 15 month contract was extended to 6.5 years.

Developed and lead a Trust wide employment strategy to build an evidenced based service from scratch. This included funding, and leading the implementation of evidenced-based employment services across 5 London boroughs and Milton Keynes. Building up to a team of our 40 staff who have supported over 5000 people with complex mental health problems into work.The service was cited in a number of documents including the Scayce Review of Supported Employment in 2011, and also informed the Dame Carol Black Drug strategy and subsequent RCT to test out IPS in drug and alcohol services.The service achieved high levels of customer satisfaction eg between 92 and 100% rating as good or excellent.

Strategic and operational development of employment services across Bristol, Birmingham and Derby.Successfully modernised Bristol services and established new supported employment services in Bristol and Derbyshire.

Led the re-design and modernisation of the service, resulting in the main funder at the time (Islington PCT) assessing the service as "inspiring and innovative".Working to a Board of Trustees we doubled the turnover of the organisation over 3 years.Achieved high level of client satisfaction and high staff morale.

Part of multi-disciplinary community based national vocational service, supporting people with health conditions and injuries to return to work.Part of highest performing team in NSW and nominated for an Individual Excellence in service delivery Award in 1998.My role as a Senior Advisor involved training and professionally supervising rehabilitation counsellors across NSW.
