Over seeing multiple projects in the London and South East region. My main responsibilities is to deliver through the RLO team an excellent customer service, liaise with resident groups, create, deliver and manage community investment initiatives. • Fully responsible for resourcing staff for all projects from the initial selection to interview process. • Ensuring all RLO 's are trained on company procedures and policies and monitoring staff performance on a continuous basis.• Organize, manage and attend various community programmes Including construction training programmes, school visits, site visits and jobs/apprenticeship fairs.• Monitor on a monthly basis the Customer Satisfaction data and adapt process to site specific projects.• Organize open days/resident consultation events.
