•Oversee two direct reports in the Customer Service Department who answer customer phone calls, process orders, provide sales representatives with samples and all necessary reconciliations. •Responsible for all government pricing and reimbursement programs - 340B entity pricing calculations, Medicare Coverage Gap payments, Medicaid filings as well as the quarterly ASP submission to CMS.•Key role in facilitating the yearly and 5 year VA pricing contract and all VA related payments.•Manages the small business subcontracting plan and necessary reporting. •Primary contact for all analyses, models and dashboards related to sales performance, commissions, forecasting and revenue.•Evaluates sales performance on a weekly/monthly basis and supports the development and monitoring of key performance metrics, utilizing several tools and data resources.•Key member of the implementation team to develop and launch a CRM system. Currently involved in the design and layout of the web based system and system administrator. •Key role in developing a data warehouse and reporting system.•Assists in preparing sales forecasts/Inventory reports in support of planning processes, including information and analysis essential for sales planning and strategic development.•Assists in the design and implementation of the sales compensation plan, including modeling/analyzing plan options.•Assists/facilitates in the territory alignment.•Trains all new territory managers with respect to sales reporting and commission calculations. .•Supports the administration of the car reimbursement program.•Supports Finance Management in month/quarter-end closes, including revenue recognition and analysis of key sales/data metrics. •Defines, analyzes, and inputs financial information into the General Ledger System. Performs account maintenance and reconciliation where necessary•Oversees the Sales analyst through projects, tasks, and day to day workflow ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
