Management of a multi-program software services portfolio as COTR, COR, Program Manager, providing process and software re-engineering, new system development, production issue resolutions, maintenance, bug fixes, performance enhancements, migrations, hardware upgrades, ad hoc IT software support and hardware configurations and upgrade strategies. I oversaw the work of a team of contractors creating and maintaining systems providing data and information for tens of thousands of external clients and hundreds of internal clients. Agile techniques enabled us to manage constantly shifting priorities. The dominant technologies were Oracle, Java, .Net and Informatica on Windows and Linux operating systems.

Oversaw development of a performance-based management tool to a logistics program for Customs and Border Protection. This included full Software Development Life Cycle management and marketing through product demonstrations. Established new Federal account partnerships through prospecting, cold calling, Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses, software demonstrations, and teaming on large contracts. The project was cancelled when Congress lost the budget for it.
