After years of staying home to raise my children, one of which has special needs, I decided to re-enter the work field. I have strong organizational and administrative skills. This allowed me to advance relatively quickly in my employment. I'm a team player and results driven. Obtaining a 3 year CARF Accreditation was a huge achievement while working at St. Mary's Independent Living Extension. After working at St. Mary's for over 5 years, I was looking for a change. I was presented an opportunity to work in the Events Industry and took the leap of faith.I enjoyed working as an Account Manager with the sales team to ensure our clients were well taken care of and that their booth was all that they wanted to insure a successful tradeshow.From preparing estimates for booth installations, to helping clients with last minute needs, I was the go to between the client and the sales team.Unfortunately, Covid hit the Events Industry incredibly hard. I was terminated due to lack of work in March of 2020.
