In my role as a Project Officer and site owner, I work closely with project managers, site owners, subject matter experts, sponsors to uphold governance across 13 sites within SharePoint Online (SPO), safeguarding the integrity and accessibility of the ATO's digital content.As a Power BI developer, I contributed to building a QA dashboard with real-time data visualizations, which allow users to customise and filter key metrics aligned with strategic business objectives. This reporting tool will remove manual reporting, empower executives to self-serve that aim to enhance quality cases by 90% enhancing decision-making.I work on transition from SharePoint 2013 (SP13) to SPO migration, as Microsoft no longer supported SP13. Liaised with the SPO Migration Project team and stakeholders, I developed a pre- and post-migration plan that ensured a seamless transition of 13 sites to SPO.
